This is a reasonable facsimile of an email I sent to my school chum Dave Bradbury, during one of the brief intervals of reduced suffering my flu bug allows me. Today I was telling Roy, at work, about the time I hitchhiked through Georgia. I saw a tent revival and stepped inside, really just to be able to sit down. There was a pile of discarded canes, walkers and crutches and a short line to the stage, which I was instructed to join. When I got to the preacher, we locked eyes and he asked “What do you need, Son?
