Last night, Charlie and I made tasty fish 'n' chips. He baked up some fingerling potatoes with olive oil herbs, and I fried the fish--some tilapia and some swai--in a batter of beaten eggs, and roasted garlic flavored bread crumbs. We finished it all off with great pleasure... and then there was the left over batter and crumbs to do something with.
