It's Crepe Day! (before)
Last week, we--Charlie and I--decided to host a crepe brunch party at my house. He makes really tasty crepes from the recipe we have used for years (3 eggs, 2 cups milk, 1 scant cup flour--vanilla, bit of salt) and I mix up the fillings, sweet and savory, for our guests to create their own perfect crepes. Charlie is a dab hand at making them come out round and even, using the smaller (as opposed to smallest) of my Revereware fry pans. Fillings today will include breakfast sausage crumbles,honey...
