I Can't Decide If I Am Angry Or Simply Relieved!

The final approval from the seller's lender came on April 19. The negotiator neglected to send it to the seller's agent so it could be forwarded to my lender! Tomorrow Is A Day I Have Been Waiting On For A Long Time...

I took my paperwork to my lender today and finished signing all the necessary documents. It seems we are good to go on my end! Things Are Looking Up! Depression Is Subsiding And I Got The Check Cashed!

Today I feel better that the closing is going to happen! I plan to call my mortgage company to see if I can get the paperwork done for them on Monday so that when my agent sends her the final approval she can get going on it! I sent my Agent a text as is my usual each day. I asked her if the seller's agent had contacted her yet! She said he hadn't and she was upset about it!
