We have that Polar Bear Plunge in Pittsburgh. I don't know how people do it. I have heard that the sudden extreme cold is a great reset for the body, but I have no intention of finding out for myself.

Good Afternoon
I find you amazing at putting your puzzles together. I would be so tired that I wouldn't be able to stay up. I know you are going to love the new TV, and your son-in-law will be happy too. I think he's very fortunate to have you. My daughter Michelle and son-in-law Jim took Sadie over to the petstore and Jim saw a cute sweatshirt and insisted on getting it for Sadie. My daughter put it on her, and she looked so cute. We took a picture of her wearing it and put it on Facebook. There is no way I could ever go into the freezing water. Anyone who could do this, I give them credit, but it's too much for me. I like to be warm. I hope you have a wonderful day.

You doing the puzzles reminds me of me working on genealogy. Sometimes one has to continue. Enjoy that new tv! And great idea about marketplace.Â
