You are on a roll. Crediting the photographers is key, although sometimes there is no name to provide when using public domain photos. Keep up the good work.

Sounds like we are having some similar projects in hand!
I think I'll go with a 'contents' page at the front. Indexes are so complicated!
Where are you planning to publish? I've used Ingram Spark and Charlie has used Lulu. My formatter warned me off Booksby!
