My Next Project Is My New House! Some Fun Coming Up!

I managed to get my rental cleaned two hours before the scheduled check out inspection. It really looked nice, just the way I had envisioned it! Another Nice Update!

I got the utilities in my name today. Then I asked my agent to pass the word along to the seller's agent! It Appears That We Are All On The Same Page, But Lacking The Document!

I got an email early this morning from my Agent via a forward from the seller's agent. He indicated that the seller's lender has May 24 as the closing date. Apparently I Have Had A Closing Date But No One Bothered To Tell Me!
