Yes it will be a bit of fun, and good for the brain. I don't think you have any left on here but you could trawl back and see. A pity most folk wipe their blogs off when they leave. 🌺

Technology can be such a hassle to work with. I believe you will figure it out.

This is wonderful. I love good poetry. It's frustrating getting a book published. The formatting is a big pain, but if I could have a redo, I'd get an editor. That is probably one of top things that should be considered when preparing a book before allowing it to be published. Taking your time with the book until it is perfect is the smartest thing you can do. I wish you all the success in the world.

Good Morning
Sam444, I love reading and writing poetry. It is so relaxing for me. I've been writing poetry for as long as I can remember. I remember back in the day, I wrote a simple poem, and I got an Honorable mention for it. I was so excited. I wish you the very best in writing your poetry. How long do you want your book to be? I like writing on Amazon. They make it easy for you. My writing group and I just finished our book. It was funny because I gave my neighbor a copy, and he said that he could not believe how well I wrote. I told him that I had been talking about my writing books for years. He said he'd heard what I said, but he had no idea my books were so good. It just goes to show you that people don't listen to me. haha My favorite books to write are children's books. Sherri writes paranormal books, and she's the best paranormal writer I've ever known. I hope you have a good day.

Writing poems is a blast....so much fun, putting them on Blogit is a blast....so much fun one poem at a time. Putting a book of poems together is for the birds. And usually what happens next is family members are given the book of poems and it is put away in a bookcase and maybe a few will read them all once and then they reside in the bookcase. Seldom does anyone ever buy one. That's why I love Blogit because usually one of my poems there will read it once when it is first posted. But all of this is about me.....You just may be the lucky one that your poems are read by many over, and over, and over again....and even memorized and quoted.

Good for you on publishing your poems. I attempted to do that a couple of times and got frustrated with that set—up, the formatting. And most of all the pictures ma I want to use. My patience meter must be very low.
I hate to smash it but the game was a bit boring.
I like the message of love and peace.

I am so glad that you are moving forward with your poems. It is great that your children encourage you. What a blessing. Don't give up. Don't give in. I loved the half-time show. Nobody likes it when defense dominates a game. Unless your team is dominating.
