There was once stormy fights on Blogit, most of the time it was either brought on by or stimulated by a two man family and or a very few others. Saturdays are our days to work with the re-hab addicts. It never fails to surprise me when I hear the speaker's stories. These are those people who have accepted Jesus and have been sober or drug free long enough to have or work in a ministry. Some of them will break your heart, some will scare you half out of your mind and others will comfort you. There were 327 earthquakes of some size around the world just last week. In just one day the mid-west endured 151 tornadoes. It is total foolishness to think man has anything to do with Global Warming. Checking out at the store, the young cashier suggested to the older woman, that she should bring her own grocery bags because plastic bags weren't good for the environment. While I sat in the reception area of my doctor's office, a woman rolled an elderly man in a wheelchair into the room. As she went to the receptionist's desk, the man sat there, alone and silent. Addicts and Alzheimer patients, both seem to have fallen into such waste; however, I don't know that only God does. Sometimes I feel sad that the families are not doing more; however, I don't know the situations in their homes, I can't make judgements on them. I am reminded over and over that the mental capacity of the human is so wonderful. I love working the short time we are at the alternative living facility. I never fail to be blessed and surprised by those wonderful people. The Alzheimer patients are the most surprising. The ability to remember things from childhood with extreme clarity and passion while they can't remember their own names is amazing.
