HELLO AND GOOD BYE TO LOVELY PEOPLE--ALL OF YOU

I may be able to write a few more times before all the stuff is off and I am shutting down. I am cutting out a lot of things. Things are changing a lot. We just bought the house of my dreams. We have lived 30 of our 33 years of married life in this house. It is a charming old house with all the modern conveniences we need. WELL WE WENT FOR OUR CHECK UPS!

George was 100% the doctor took him off meds. He lost 19 pounds and was doing very well. I had meds reduced and had lost 12 pounds. Wow we were both so excited. This has to be short because I have so much yet to do around here. We worked in our garden beds today and will do more tomorrow. I will read you day after tomorrow and will be back then I must go finish up tonight. This way of eating just taste better. ON MY WAY TO THE DOCTOR

I have not eaten a bite of meat or cooked food for one whole month. My stove has not been turned on. I don't know how much I have lost but some clothing is getting a big saggy one me. George has lost as well. We are loving the meals as well. We are doing a back yard garden without any digging, just layers of compost, hay and compost layer after layer and the first bed is growing so well. HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY

If you have lost a child you know what I am talking about. If you have not there is no way I could explain the feeling. Today is the birthday of my youngest son. One of the two I gave birth to and one of the two who were killed in separate automobile accidents. I know many say 'get over it', you can't bring them back by talking about it. Oh you are so right. WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE

I had no idea when we began this all vegetable/fruit diet that we would be totally into it. We have reaped so many benefits. We lost weight and inches the first week. You can be as creative as you like if you research what you are eating to see if it has good add nutrition. I feel much better The first thing was that I thought I was kidding myself and brought about this feeling because of the change and how I wanted it to work. I SHALL MAKE IT

We have revamped the way we eat totally. I thought it would be so difficult but it isn't. The main thing is knowing what is best and what to avoid. I have a good helper on that. Our youngest daughter is an RN Surgical Nurse right now. Her great love is preventative medicines and /or lifestyles. Absolutely I know I would not have picked up this stuff for free or a price had i been in my right mind. The more we toss the more we find that is simply tossable. Then I have all that I want to give and sell and I am having to put it in a locked room to prevent my going in and reasssessing it all over again and pulling it out... I SUPPOSE IT IS NEVER TOO LATE FOR SOME THINGS

I am about to do something I never thought I would ever do again. No, even though Sarah had a baby boy in her ninties, we are not having a baby. But we are moving. We are selling our big old house. It is costly to keep up, it is older even than I am. Our property used to be some of the ritzy property in town but that has all passed out to the burbs and ours has been designated business property. SO WHAT!

Some of the best discoveries one makes in life are those befitting their physical age. When you are six years old you so want to be a teen ager. IS THAT THING LIVING?

Precious is our cat that usually lives up to her name. She is so sweet to bring us toys. She is part Main Coon and has some strange habits such as she does not want to be away from us very often. She brings us toys when we go in the bedroom and close the door. She will leave toys all down the hall. Soon as we are out of the room and the door is open she will bring toys into the room. Earlier when I wrote about and showed a photograph of a restaurant I owned once. You asked for the name of it. Some of you who were customers who could not remember the name. Well neither could I. George remembered and why we named it that. I was not married to George then. The name was: Special Effects, etc. The reason, it was truly the source of special effects. SPRING IN THE SOUTH

It is 69 degrees now and was higher earlieer in the day. I love the look of snow but I would not be able to live in it. My bones creek here. I listen to the weather and look for changes in areas where some of you are. The beauty of it all is that cold passes away and along comes sunshine.
