I think that is so awesome; however, the widow's mite is as great. The person who  had very little and bought a pair of socks in there and gave them to someone gave as much. The giving by the many is the need, but this man was incredibly good in this effort. Hope you are doing well. Be blessed lady.

Justi,

You've brought tears to my eyes posting this story.  The Lord will bless this dear man for his works of kindness.  As He will bless you for sharing it with us all.  Shalom.

that was a very good deed indeed.  I remember when I worked at its mother company that when we had things so low that people would buy carts full to take to flea markets to make a profit

Another person walking the talk - thank you for telling us, Justi. Why doesn't the news give us more of this kind of info?

What a wonderful deed and this way we know that the people who need

the items will get them. Stories like this make a person feel that there is some hope. How nice if Wal Mart could sometime just doit themselves. just once.
