I guess, Justi, that we see the young'uns as dumb as our adults found us in the good ole days. Remember? We thought we knew it all then too. I'm happy the ticked off lady spoke her piece - the kids (like us then) need to come down a peg or two sometimes.

A lot of people do what they can, when they can, as far as recycling is concerned. But we can all always do more!

Justi

Great stuff! And with all this emphasis on 'green' - still the tiniest little thing you buy is encased in plastic strong enough to sail the seven seas, as it unfortunately does! When I bought a pair of nail-clippers the other day, it took me several minutes to remove them from their plastic strongbox, using a pair of heavy shears that I had to liberate using a saw...

They won't ever I guess...until they are where we are nowadays...

don't we just hate and love them...and yes,  that 'green thing' and

what and how can we easily get 'ticked off' by them...Boy...

OF course Justi and even little things like paving the garden and then buying flowers at the weekend. Or having a cars for everyone in the house. We could go on forever, but no one would listen or they would not believe it, never mind we must  try to humour them, I always refuse a bag.

I have read this before but I love it every time, when they ask me paper of plastic I aways say plastic because that is what we use to recycle the cats mess at our house. It is a city regulation that it must be put in plastic bags to go into the trash.

It is truly amazing what youth does not know that the elderly know.
