ON MY WAY TO THE DOCTOR
I have not eaten a bite of meat or cooked food for one whole month. My stove has not been turned on. I don't know how much I have lost but some clothing is getting a big saggy one me. George has lost as well. We are loving the meals as well. We are doing a back yard garden without any digging, just layers of compost, hay and compost layer after layer and the first bed is growing so well.
