In the cool of the day...
It is not quite 7am here, and I have been up for a couple of hours. It is cool out, temps moving up towards the 70s. By the time it gets to the 80s, I will be done with getting much done. I don't function well in heat. It will be near 100 F this afternoon, and the new a/c unit will keep it to around 80 indoors. Anyway, this is why I like waking early this time of year. This is the only time of day to do any oven stuff. So this morning I got busy right off, cutting up some carrots and cauliflower... Sign in to see full entry.
