Flowers and a little drama...
Today I drove around the Mountain Shadows neighborhood that was so hard-hit by the Waldo Canyon fire five years ago. I took pictures during the year after in this same area, though different angles. It was the storm clouds that drew me, driving along and looking for a good place to catch them with the camera. That being just down the road from Garden of the Gods, I went on there as well, but traffic was not kind to photographers. The shot of the day--because I didn't know I'd gotten it until I...
