It's done
The eye surgery was accomplished without any unlooked-for (heheh... eye pun there) complications. Recovery time will be about the next week, after which he should be able to drive and lift things over 20 lbs. and get around without walking into posts. I fly back to Violetta and Charlie and my place around the 28th. And then we do it again in July, for the other eye. Thanks, everyone, for your good wishes! Sign in to see full entry.
