Just like flipping a switch...
Autumn creeps in on soft midnight toes... The temps overnight were going to be 40 or lower, so we brought in the tender plants from the deck garden, and now the deck looks rather stark, and I can't see the dining room table. The cat tree is also adorned with plants! One of the doves flies in occasionally, sits on the nest and for a few minutes calls out its low, come-hither coo. But the other does not go thither.
