Friday again
A few days ago, Charlie started having a sore throat that got sorer over the next couple of days. Last night there was a bit of fever, just over 100: typical for strep. This morning, he made an appointment at the place he went before when, with no insurance at all, he had a bad time with kidney stones. They quoted him a cost of $136, and then called him back a short time later saying they are no longer taking self-pay clients. He found an alternative place: Convenient Care Center at the Pike's...
