And the heat is back again today.
Yesterday was cool, lots of clouds and late in the evening, some actual storm came and washed the air clean: This morning the mountains are clear! When I went out on the deck this morning, first thing I noticed was that the dovelings were no longer in the nest. Flown! But, as it turned out, not far. Only to the new basket I've hung up just in case a new nest is wanted. Not that they were in it, just on the edge and the rope it hangs on. Suddenly, one of the Elders arrived, seemed noisily...
