Not low-fat, but the right fat
Breakfast this morning: Violetta, two egg yolks. Me, an egg-whites scramble with shredded cabbage, fresh salmon, sweet onion and a bit of pink salt fried in a tablespoon, or so, of canola oil. Oh, and some sliced avocado on top. Pretty as well as tasty! Outside, the mountain and the air around it are softest pink. The new snow on Pike's Peak grows brighter as I write...
