I love palendromes. Whenever I drive my car, I keep in mind when the next one will occur on the odometer.

Just reading through your comments....I love avocado too but really only eat them in Australia ...up here they are hard and tasetless and go bad...wondering what you do with the egg yolks?

Re: CCT,

I just learned that milk is a better thirst-quencher than water, after exercise. If I ever exercise, my almond milk will do the trick.

I like cauliflower... I like chocolates... Pizza's not a favorite.

Banana-apple tea... hmmm...

Re: Naut,

I did fry it a bit, I like it a little but not too soft. The shredded cabbage is useful a lot of ways!

I will look for your response to my response and might also comment.

Well Ceil my breakfast was milk, oats, glaze cherries and raisins. I didn't need a drink as I used too much milk. I am going to try to make some oatcakes very basic with cheese.

For lunch I had cauliflower and a small pizzas and then 6 liquor chocolates. Are you still there

for tea I had two apples and a banana.

Ciel

I like your breakies! Did you fry the cabbage a bit first? I use a little fried cabbage in a variety of ways, and find it often enhances it...

Oh, and I wrote a response to your response to my comment in your previous post, that bit about the 'slew' thing, LOL...

I like the trend in foodie land where fat is good and non-fat is passe...

and I'm worried about how the good fat in avocado trends upward in their estimation just as a drought in the valley where most of them grow threatens a shortage - and higher prices.

Re: Re: Re: Ciel

That also sounds tasty!  Do you put the cabbage in towards the end, so it doesn't go all mushy?

Re: Re: Ciel

It's so cold here right now I'm thinking maybe cabbage soup.  I have lots of veggies that would go good in that.

Re: TAPS,

That sounds like a delicious breakfast, very continental and not so very unhealthy. Better than, say, the chocolate chip pancakes drowned in chocolate syrup that a mom I used to know thought was appropriate for her 5 yr old kid.

Salad for lunch?

Here is another click for you.
I'm afraid my breakfast was not as healthy as yours but it was very tasty--some slices of baguette heated with thin-sliced ham off the bone and melted cheese and coffee.  I promise I'll eat better for lunch.
