Grilled sammiches!
I don't bother too often, and I don't use cheese much any more, but today I just had a hankerin' for a grilled treat, and slapped together some turkey out of a package, a bit of sliced sweet onion, and some of the home-made cranberry sauce from the holidays. I poured a bit of olive oil in the skillet--better in several ways than using butter, and grilled it with only the little problem of nothing in it to hold the stuff together.
