Third time... well, you know.
The third email about the room did not sound like a scam, just a guy giving his name and phone number--which, in itself, is one of those signs it isn't a scam. A brief chat on the phone, and we went over a few of the conditions of the situation, and agreed to meet tomorrow. Another good sign: he was not trying to convince me he is the Ideal Housemate.
