The next phase
Thank you all for your enthusiasm and comments, I'm so glad no one said, "You didn't sign a lease, did you?" or "It's not the worst place I've seen." --or, it is. On Tuesday, the next phase begins when I get in the truck and head west, returning to Olympia, WA to collect what will fit in the truck: my own bed, shelves and dressers and boxed-up stuff, and my dear old cat, Violetta. One of the other cats, sweet little Magic, age 13 (like Violetta) went to his final sleep. He had thyroid and kidney... Sign in to see full entry.
