A DAY OR SO IN MY LIFE! WHO CARES?

Today is still going along at a fine clip and joyful at that. The smells coming from the kitchen make for joy. Today was my day to make lunches. George takes his meals to work as opposed to buying fast food and there is no other option. I make these in an assembly line fashion. It was Beef Roasting, Ham baking and Chicken boiling that flavored up the house. Once someone told me about LULU and I never got around to checking it out until this week-end. I was a bit overwhelmed. I keep hearing people say they are reading so and so's book but I don't know where those books are. I got Wiley's book from the publisher and a person we had on here once, well two of them have sent their books to me. Both of those books were very good but not LULU. It is the subject in all the shopes. Affairs dropped to a dreaded low in the hair dresser's salon today. Seriously the thing I was most taken with was that the number of those who were not only praying and God knows talking about it in public it was the humility and willingness to help with donations to Aids Agencies for Haiti. Why should I be so amazed at the behavior and beliefs of so many. So many who are so well educated, savvy, and are successful in many ways. The bear is celebrating today! Not since he died has there been such a victory as this one. Most of us Alabamians, at least those of us who have ancestors who have been here almost forever and ever know the truth about the beauty of this state, the grace of most of her people, the strength and stamina of most of our people, the natural resources we have and the power of our sports teams. I never did get anything to do with math. Now I am good with money, that is making it and spending it. Not good with the details of mathematics; the reasoning behind there being no money in the lean periods. But why am I dancing on the head of a pin over some good happening that has nothing to do with money, but does with math? My health has been doing so well since I found a new doctor, altered my diet and began to be a bit more careful in all my ways. I was beginning to think we were on a roll. I really never minded aging, after all a negative is you sluff a lot of your better looking characteristics but you lose a lot of junk that were once concerns like personal presentation must be top notch, approval from others is a must to a certain age, etc. What did give me pause was that my better looking and working parts... Such a stupid thing to say! It is not well in your world. That does not mean you should not have fun, play games, make love and have fun. Hi all of you. I have had the surgery on the second eye now and I suppose I am doing well. This is not feeling as well as the other one did at this time after but I am told all is well. There was a bit of a snafu when I went in they did all those things they do, ie; questions, shots, ivs and blood pressure. The blood pressure was great which they said might be expected to be up a bit since there is anxiety involved. Not me. lol I was super. I had the surgery, fully awake and talking and feeling... I am appalled yet I see it all around me and know people are so vulgar; it is the truth but why? Why is Tiger Woods and his family public news? I probably will be away a few days because I am going for surgery tomorrow. This is a common surgery today, but I have a few additional issues with mine and I may not be able to read or write for a few days.
