- Go to GEORGE ALWAYS GOES FOR HIGH MARKS IN ALL THINGS
Wonderful post. I would just like to know, where does one find pure yogurt? All I can ever find at the store has stuff in it or is flavored.

Dear Justi, so glad you're doing best after the surgery and sorry to hear of George's high marks but the best of this all is how you developed, baked and shared that muffin recipe with many --- very touching and I am impressed ~ You know I had found your recipe blog while reading under your name one day. I will be happy to peruse that blog and so glad you shared. Elyse

My regimen is pretty steady:oat bran cereal every morning with strawberries
bluberries and soy milk. Lunch is usually my biggest meal and then a light supper...I've tried eating six small meals to make me skinnier but it doesn't work for me as the extra calories does not seem to increase my metabolism, just my waistline.

As for supplements, I take daily: Chlorphyl, Vit. D (400), C (2,000), multi-vitamin w/iron, CQ-10 and a special Chinese herbs for women (to keep me from killing men, haha!)

I don't doubt that. From our blogs I see that you eat healthy foods too. I need to do my extra Vit C again. I have never done the collodial silver. God bless you.

It's great when you find something that works and you begin to feel good. I
swear my health is attributed to taking 2,000 mg of Vit. C per day and my colloidal silver.
