Sunday morning: chilly, 3-4 inches of snow on the ground... and in the trees, and on the porch railings... Temps today will maybe get above freezing. And tomorrow, in the 40s, by Wednesday, the 50s. It's yoyo weather season! I'm trying a new brew this morning. It's called 'brio' and is made not of coffee, but of cacao. It doesn't filter as cleanly as coffee, so I am guessing it supplies some amount of fiber per cup. It has a sharper flavor than cocoa, but I added some chocolate almond/cashew...
