And now... the season of wildfires
Today the morning sunlight has that peculiar orangey quality it gets when filtered through smoke. There are no fires near Colorado Springs, but we get the smoke from all the fires west of here, and that includes California's fires, and all the ones in the southwest states, and a couple of them burning in Colorado on the other side of the mountains.
