Flash Fiction

The challenge was to do a quick, short write based on a couple of photos: a black and white image of a tall youngish man and short, older woman appearing to say goodbyes in a place like Grand Central Station maybe in the 1950s; a display of completed Heathkit electronics. Both are historic, dated 1964. Here's mine: "You know I'm going to miss you, but you have no idea how much!" "Yes, I know, and I know how much. But I can't stay with you forever, you know this, too.
