We had a lovely Thai-ish soup made with a box of veg stock, with a can of coconut milk, juice of a juicy lime, some fresh basil, a dash of garlic powder and some turmeric. I added snow peas, shredded carrots, shitake and white mushrooms, asparagus, little pearl onions. At the end, I tossed in some chicken shu-mai. We made prawn and chorizo tacos using fresh corn tortillas heated up on a hot skillet. My quick-guacamole (mash avocado together with salsa from a jar) and cabbage were in mine. She...
