Pixiechops has the zoomies this morning, and is earning another sobriquet: The Bird Botherer. Also, Instigator of Catavalanches. It is helpful, regarding the birds, that she is also easily distracted by any toy. She lands right on me every so often for a few moments of pets and cuddles. She seems to be shedding less, though it is too late for all my dark-colored clothes. The dryer filter is going to be full of fur! She's less stressed now, which has a connection with shedding.
