Your kitty zoomies reminded me of a cat my daughter brought home to
the apartment we shared in Seattle in the mid-90s. That little imp was hell on the curtains, the upholstered couch, and would dash out the door every time it was opened. One day he got down the hall and into the elevator - totally escaped the building. This habit of his may have been why she found him in the first place. We never could find him to bring him back. Gypsy was his name.

Could one become a Robot and just fix oneself with a few extra screws, Oh! don't mention screws. I guess your new friend does not yet realise when she is well off.
