Whiskey
We went to a lecture today, part of the Prologue series presented at the UCCS theater. These presentations are always tied in with whatever show is being put on currently. The current play is called THE WEIR and is set in an Irish pub. So, today's Prologue was about whiskey. A local distiller who works pretty much solo brought samples to share, and talked about how the stuff is made.
