The Kite Runner A book, I finished just hours ago after starting it Friday evening after our Shabbat meal, it has had a profound effect on me. I am interested to know what other people think makes a good film and why? I like drama and biographies in film plus a good story line..we watched a part of Good Will Hunting and it has made me keen to see the rest of the film. Another good film is Chinatown. I look at the woman and believe me I would vote for her. It is not that I don't trust Barack Obama, it is more about who I believe will be the better president. There is an unknown quality about Obama that I don't trust. He is not Martin Luther King. If he was I would have no trouble voting for him. Living Optimistically Vivaciously Enthusiastically and then while we keep our feet on the ground we are open to possibilities of advancing ourselves on a number of levels. Today I was meant to go with a friend to a psychic or medium who reads coffee cups. I pulled out for several reasons. While it it is interesting to contemplate.... 1. I felt that it was not going to be of real benefit to me. Where is the truth in a story? Answer: Truth has to be subjective as every story is another person's perspective on an event or events. Well I have just spent part of the last hour in the legal aid office. I had been rung by the insurance agent for the woman who alleged that my trailer hit her car in February and they say they matched the paint on the car with the trailer and it was a 'perfect match' according to her repairer. I find that so hard to believe as neither the police officer or I could find any fresh scrapes or dents on the car trailer or my car that matches what she said happened and the trailer was viewed by the... At the present time, I am job hunting for work for three days a week. I am studying plus I have to take my son to speech therapy for a couple of hours Friday afternoon. I am not so sure how beneficial the speech therapy is going to be as the once we went the other four kids there seemed to be somehow intellectually slow.
