Autumn is Coming...
The days grow notably shorter, with dawn nearer 6 than 4, and the sun sets earlier through the front window than when it baked the living room until 8pm. Something in the quality of light, maybe the angle as the sun shifts southwards, though these days smoke haze also changes the intensity of the light.
