They're ba-aack...!
When I walked out on the deck this morning from my bedroom, to see where one of the doves was hanging out nearby, singing the rough song they sometimes sing, there was a sudden flustered flutter as the bird leaped off the nest on the porch-light box flew off. We were both startle--I knew it was around, but didn't realize it was right there! So... it looks like maybe they are considering yet another brood in the old nest.
