Yes, yes, it is always supposed to be raining in Seattle... But what people far from here suppose isn't how it is. In fact, summers in the Puget Sound region can be simply gorgeous! Even idyllic! With the occasional summer heat-wave that drives people to nearby mountains or ocean beaches, and long dry stretches, it can get too hot and dry even west of the Cascades.
