Breakfast
After gazing longingly at some of those food photos I put up yesterday ( https://flic.kr/ps/rhS1C ) I could not be satisfied this morning with toaster waffles or a bowl of donut-seeds. I mentioned the masala 'burgers' the other day--spicy Indian vegie patties that fry up nicely crispy with a bit of olive oil... I made a sort of chutney to go with them, using the last of the mincemeat, a little apricot spread, and a dash of rice wine vinegar. Today, thinking back on those lovely breakfasts the...
