Raspberry Lamington, I think that would do me Ciel. Although I quite like Bubble and Squeak. We never have any food left over though.

Reading this makes me want to eat, but the only thing interesting I can think of for right now is a pretty little tangerine in my vegetable bin.  Time out.

Very inspiring! And thanks for that tip about crab cakes - there's a Trader's Joe in Toronto, where I've had them, but I didn't realize they sold frozen ones! It's a bit of a hike of course, and the parking is the pits! These days I avoid going into Toronto unless I absolutely must, but this may be a good cause...

Aha - this time you didn't get me! I've been enjoying leftovers from last Saturday's party...homemade nachos with all the trimmings, gucamole, sushi (made by my Japanese DIL) the love salad, and maple syrup salad as an extra, hot atichoke and leek dip with French baguettes, all sorts of cheeses, a fruit salad to die for...and raspberry mousse cake. I hid the scale under the sink.

I am sooooo boring, not to mention lazy with my cooking anymore....especially since I've been such a sicky these past two months.  Most mornings it's either a smoothie of protein powder with berries, kale and almond butter or wheat germ oil....or it's eggs scrambled in ghee.  I always start the day with hot water with a lemon squeezed in it.  After that I spend the day drinking a variety of tea and I eat whatever is fastest and easiest....1-2 ingredients usually

Yes, those Masala burgers are excellent.  I put lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion on mine...maybe some cukes as well

Such food, I feel I've added weight just reading about it. But worth it.
