Day after surgery
Ripley is snoring softly in his crate and in his collar, sedated for the next 4 hours or so. The first night home, he could not climb the stairs to where he usually sleeps by Marika's bed, so she shifted her bedding to the couch downstairs. Cooper slept on my bed behind my knees. That dog is a sound-sleeping mini-mountain! He favors the center of the bed, so anyone else has to kind of work around him.
