The Last Day of the Year
The bleakness and chill of today is expected to provide a contrast to the rumoured lovely day tomorrow, with blue skies and sunshine to start the new year. The snow is nearly gone--there is plenty of mud to go around, and it does. My mood is in synch with conditions, with much slush between the ears and in all processes. I must stir myself up to go out.
