After another deeply cold night...
The cold is breaking today, with temps climbing from 0 to 25 F, so They predict. We had planned a nice meal out yesterday, going to Red Lobster was the plan. The cold and snow put a kibosh on that, but we managed a nice meal at home. I made tuna salad with celery, jicama, Italian parsley, garlic, mayo and lime juice. I also broke out the smoked salmon that was a Christmas gift from my daughter. He brought the box of fancy crackers. I sliced up some red pepper and put it out with some hummus and...
