Downs and Ups
Last night I went to bed feeling glum and isolated. I woke this morning still feeling sad, tears on the threshold. After spending yesterday mostly sitting and online, I decided that today I need to accomplish some things, because that and moving around is a very good treatment for the glums. This morning I've set out fresh food and warm water for the Community Cats. I've prepared Marika's birthday gift for shipping. Her birthday was Jan 11.
