might be worth something like half the asking price IF the owner demolished the 'house' and other structures, and carried the wreckage and all the other trash and dead wood and the rotten hay pile away. The best part of the place was a sign on the door that said BEWARE STRANGE DOG. None of the buildings was safe to go up to, let alone into.
