One more day...
This trip is coming to an end: We fly out tomorrow evening, back to Colorado where events have not stood still. Charlie and I have each gotten the landlore's email that he's raising our rent by $150 each as of November. That seems exorbitant to me, and inspires me now to look aroiund again for a house worth buying. Charlie and I have to discuss whether we want to share such a house, or each go our own way.
