Morning birds, and a Little House update
The birds start singing around 4, just before dawn. Sometimes they are busy on the bird feeder on the front deck: house finches, sparrows, and sometimes the ring-neck doves. This morning, it was the sparrows in the lush lilac bushes out back. With all the rain of the past several months, the lilac bushes--nearly trees!--are thick with bright green leaves.
