They've got a house!
Marika called very early this morning--still not certain of the time difference--to tell me about it. It is a farmhouse built in the 1700s overlooking The Shire. It's surrounded by 4 acres of paddock and orchard (well, a few trees in a group) and is built of stone. There is a full attic which they are converting to a master suite, and will put in a large window overlooking the valley. In the 1700s, they didn't put in big windows.
