The first day of snow on the ground! The temperature is below 20, but I am not going out on the porch to see just how low the thermometer says. According to Accuweather it is 12F and the range is high 22, low 5. Forecast is "much cooler" today than yesterday when the range was 65-13F. There are two inches of "partly cloudy" on the back porch. The sparrows and finches have found the seed dishes that I took off the rail lest yesterday's wind blow the seed all away.
