I Closed On My House, Once Again! This Time It Should Finally Be Mine!

On Friday afternoon I went to the title company to close on my house! The gal from the title company said she was very upset at what had happened last month. Impossible! You Can't Make This Stuff up, Just NO WAY!

On August 9th I closed on my house and the money funded on the 12th! Everything was met according to the specifications of the seller's lender! I had the flooring installed on the 20th and 21st! The Saga Continues With No End In Sight!

The seller's bank has had my money for the house since Monday and they have not given their final approval. I have no idea what the hold up could be and my AGENT is worthless at this point! I Closed Today But It's Not Over Yet! BLAH!

I went to closing and all was going along rather nice until the representative from the title company said I needed to have $500 to finish the deal so to speak. The Seller's Lender Is Just Short Of POMPOUS!

I learned on Thursday that the seller's lender gave final approval for the short sale. Today my lender told me that they got the final approval letter and the bank gave us until the 12th of this month to get the documents done and funding completed as well. I forgot to mention on each stop of the flight everyone has to go through TSA screening. Leaving Boise, I was stopped and patted down. There was a zipper on the right side of my shorts. I spoke with my Agent about 5 minutes ago and she said the bank has given final approval on the sale of the house! I should be closing within the next 2 weeks!
