Sleeping much better these days...

It takes a bit of time to get used to a new bed. I've had this mattress for more than 20 years, a Serta, and have over time worn a nice little valley that accommodates my hips very well. Dr. Oz -- or was it one of his guest medics? -- said we don't need all those bizarre supplements for bones and joints and prevention of hair loss.
